Mr. Black has served as lead counsel in several reported precedent-setting cases which have created, extended or altered existing law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  A member the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the 3rd Circuit Judicial Conference on Bankruptcy, the American Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Delaware County Bar Association, Mr. Black is a respected member of the legal community and is sought after as a guest speaker in legal forums.  In addition to consumer bankruptcy and related debt matters, he also represents clients upon request in Estate Planning, Decedent’s Estate Administration, Business Formation and Business Consulting. 

Mr. Black received his undergraduate degree from Temple University and his law degree from Villanova University School of Law.
